This week, we proudly celebrate Educational Assistants (EA), Child and Youth Workers (CYW), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) in recognition of World Education Support Personnel Day on May 16. We extend our appreciation to these dedicated professionals whose care and commitment support student success across ˿����Ƶ��each and every��day!��

As we enter the latter part of the school year, the next six weeks promise to be full of energy and excitement. Among the flurry of activities,��we will be taking time to��reflect on our journey together��this year and��celebrate the��learning,��accomplishments��and steps forward��students have made.����

Getting Ready for Kindergarten Webinar: Special Education & Inclusive Classrooms��

New and current Kindergarten families are invited to join us May 20, at 6:00 p.m. for a free��webinar��designed to support families and caregivers of children with special education needs as they prepare for Kindergarten at ˿����Ƶ.��

Join us to learn more about Kindergarten in ˿����Ƶ, how ˿����Ƶ supports diverse learning needs, and how families and schools work together to help every child feel safe, supported, and successful.��We’ll��walk through the transition to��Kindergarten��process, share helpful resources, and answer��common questions.��

STSCO's Annual Opt-In for Transportation Requests����

Student Transportation Services of Central Ontario (STSCO), which oversees busing in Peterborough, Northumberland and Clarington, is continuing the “opt-in” program for next school year. The opt-in program requires families to confirm their children’s intent to ride the school bus if they are eligible for transportation. Messaging about opting-in is shared directly by STSCO with all eligible families who have a Parent Portal account.��
